These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, services, digital content, coaching sessions, and spiritual guidance offerings. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or otherwise engaging with WOPFLLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Mission
Words of Power Foundation LLC exists to empower individuals through faith-based encouragement, personal development, spiritual growth, and transformational coaching. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where clients can gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to help navigate life's personal and professional challenges.

Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Booking Appointments
Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving on time for scheduled appointments.
WOPFLLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking unless another payment arrangement has been approved.
Accepted payment methods are those offered through our secure booking platform.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") may forfeit the appointment fee.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented emergencies at the sole discretion of WOPFLLC.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve reserved appointment times and immediate delivery of professional services:
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds for prepaid appointments canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy may be issued at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Participate honestly and respectfully.
Accept responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
Use their own judgment when considering guidance provided during sessions.
Seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.
Clients understand that meaningful personal growth requires active participation and personal commitment.
Professional Boundaries
Words of Power Foundation LLC strives to maintain respectful and professional relationships with all clients.
Harassment, abusive behavior, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward WOPFLLC staff or representatives may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching or spiritual guidance sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.
However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving credible threats of harm to oneself or others or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by WOPFLLC—including books, workbooks, journals, videos, graphics, logos, website content, and educational resources—are the intellectual property of Words of Power Foundation LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell our content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Professional Services
Words of Power Foundation LLC provides faith-based coaching, spiritual guidance, educational resources, and personal development services.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical care, mental health treatment, legal representation, financial planning, or other professional services.
No information provided by WOPFLLC should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice.
No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is unique. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including each client's choices, circumstances, effort, and personal responsibilities.
Accordingly, WOPFLLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, future events, financial success, relationships, employment, healing, or other personal results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Words of Power Foundation LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website, products, or services.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
